If you have questions about the application process for our San Jose affordable housing community or if you would like to inform us of contact or income changes, please fill out the form on this page. All applicants are qualified based on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) guidelines. Cinnabar Commons is a 100% LIHTC affordable property located west of downtown San Jose, California.

Please note that we do not offer tours or have a model to show. Leasing and waitlist information for our San Jose income restricted apartments is an online/email process. We do not give out applications at our office. Once we have received your completed application, you will be added to the waitlist. We cannot provide information to applicants regarding their place on the waitlist or how long they will be on the waitlist. We will contact you when your name is next on the list for an interview. Please do not call to see where you are on the waitlist as we do not provide this information.
