Cinnabar Commons Leasing Information
Cinnabar Commons is a 100% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable housing community in San Jose. All applicants are evaluated according to LIHTC program requirements as well as company policies related to rental history, background screening, and other eligibility standards.
To determine whether you or your household may qualify, please complete the following steps before submitting an application:

Rental Guidelines: Check the current income limits to determine if your household may qualify. You will need to calculate your total gross annual household income. Please note that income verification is required for all household members as part of the application process. Click here to view Rent & Income Limits.

Review the Rental Guidelines and Additional Information: All applicants must be qualified based on the LIHTC guidelines as well as our company policy. This includes credit, rental history, and background checks. Applicants over 18 must have a 650 or higher credit score to qualify. Full time students do not qualify unless they are single parents, married filing jointly, or receiving social services assistance.
