Our most streamlined space, the studio layout at Cinnabar Commons is compact and comfortable. At approximately 380 square feet, this floor plan is optimally designed to include everything you need including a kitchen complete with state of the art appliances, a living area, a bedroom area, and a bathroom. Your unit comes with wall to wall carpeting, granite countertops, and wood finish cabinetry. All units include a balcony or outdoor living space. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric range/oven. Washers and dryers are available for rent upon request.

All applicants are qualified based on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) guidelines as well as our own company policies for credit, rental history, and background checks. All applicants 18 years of age and older must complete a credit check and background check with us. We do not rent to those with a history of eviction or a negative rental history. All applicants must have a 650 or higher credit score to qualify. We do accept Section 8 program applicants. Dogs are not allowed at Cinnabar Commons. Up to two cats may be allowed with an additional fee.

Please note that full time students do NOT qualify UNLESS you are a single parent, married filing jointly, or receiving social services assistance (proof required).
