Our San Jose income restricted apartment community is located just west of beautiful downtown San Jose, California. We are at a central location for access to shopping, events, museums, parks, theaters, restaurants, and more. Cinnabar Commons is a 100% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable community. All applicants must be qualified based on the LIHTC guidelines as well as our company policy. This includes credit, rental history, and background checks. Applicants over 18 must have a 650 or higher credit score to qualify. Full time students do not qualify unless they are single parents, married filing jointly, or receiving social services assistance.

Once you have read through our rental guidelines and completed the application, and our team has read through your application, you will be added to our waitlist. Leasing applications are conducted online. We do not have tours or a home model to show you and we do not provide physical applications at our office. Once we have reviewed your application you will be added to our waitlist. Please do not call our office for information about your place in line as we do not provide this information.
