Perfect for families, the two bedroom layout at Cinnabar Commons offers room to grow. This floor plan is about 900 square feet. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room area, and kitchen. As with all of our units at Cinnabar Commons, the two bedroom layout also comes with an outdoor living space, a balcony or patio.
Your unit will come ready to furnish with wall to wall carpeting, granite countertops, wood finish cabinetry, and cutting edge appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, electric range/oven, and dishwasher. We offer washer and dryer hook-ups with washers and dryers available for rent upon your request (they do not come with the unit). Please note that we do not offer physical tours of our location and we do not have an apartment model on site. Dogs are not allowed at Cinnabar Commons. We do accept up to two cats for an additional fee. We do not rent to individuals with a history of eviction or a negative rental history. Cinnabar Commons is a 100% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable property. After our team has reviewed your application we will add you to our waitlist. When your name is next on the waitlist, we will contact you for an interview. The leasing application process takes place online. Please note that we do not have a grievance process for denied applications and all guidelines are strictly enforced.
